DESCRIPTION:In under two years\, SKORTS went from conception to one of the 
 most talked about and in demand local bands in New York. Their sound has b
 een described as many things including psych-glam\, post-alt and dark wave
  disco. Their live shows have become a crown jewel of the NYC &amp\; Brook
 lyn music scene\, winning them 'Our Wicked Lady's 2024 Winter Madness' and
  also earning them the number one spot on the 'Ohmyrockness Hardest Workin
 g Bands List of 2024'. They have received coverage from Paste\, PAPER maga
 zine and many more!\n\nThe band has played just about every club in Manhat
 tan and Brooklyn\, some of which include Webster Hall\, Brooklyn Bowl\, a 
 sold out Bowery Ballroom and a sold out Racket (Chelsea). Having only a ha
 ndful of singles released\, the anticipation for a full body of work from 
 the band is high. The rumours of a debut album set to drop in 2025 are now
  confirmed true and the wait is soon to be over. With a jaw dropping live
