 a recreation of spiritual visions\, dreams\, and stories through world and
  sacred music\, performance art\, movement\, and light experiments\, share
 d as an immersive and multi-sensory community experience. The Earth Opera
  takes place in a post-apocalyptic atmosphere\, and centers around finding
  light\, beauty\, and hope in the darkest times – and on our deep connec
 tion with all living things\, our planet\, and with each other.\n\nNow in 
 its 5th year of performance\, the 'Earth Opera' was originally composed a
 nd developed by harpist/vocalist Elizabeth Clark during a four-year artist
  residency at Byrdcliffe Artists Colony. The project has since expanded an
 d evolved throughout the years in the many hands of a vibrant + collabor
 ative community of  performance artists\, musicians\, visual artists\, 
 and choreographers---continuing to offer a deeply transformative\, uplifti
