DESCRIPTION:Sashiko\, a Japanese form of embroidery well over a hundred yea
 rs old\, has exploded in popularity lately! Unsurprising as it’s both be
 autiful and functional.\nThe foundation of sashiko is the rhythm of stitch
 ing\, using a special plate thimble made of metal. In this class Jocelyn w
 ill share how to use this thimble and an overview of sashiko as taught by 
 Atsushi Futatsuya\, a third generation master sashiko artist. (For more on

 bsite and Instagram.)\nTeacher: Jocelyn Songco\n\nClass fee $65 and materi
