Open-Level Adult Ballet

Mondays from 5:30-7pm (no classes on holiday weekends)

Open-Level Adult Ballet Class is based in classical technique with a lens toward alignment, musicality, coordination, strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Laura Victoria Ward is a Kingston-based choreographer, Laban Movement Analyst, and Somatic Movement Educator. She is the artistic director of Kingston Contemporary Dance Theatre, formerly Octavia Cup Dance Theatre, a maximalist contemporary ballet company. Her work has been seen internationally, in NYC, and in the Hudson Valley. She has taught in conservatories, universities, gyms, and both corporate and elementary school settings.
