Knife Skills
Learn to use a knife like a professional chef, from sharpening blades to creating beautiful garnishes. The class will cover chopping, dicing, minching, julienne, baton cuts, creating garnishes, and knife safety. The class will use their new-found knife skills to make a gourmet salad that they will share at the conclusion of the evening.
