Enjoy a cooking tutoring with local chef-extraordinaire, Chef Jordan Schor of End Cut Restaurant in New Paltz, assisted by Merle Borenstein. This cooking tutorial includes a vegetarian kale and white bean soup, an entrée of coconut shrimp, apricot glaze, baby bok choy and organic brown rice, (vegan recipe variant will be included) and a dessert of chocolate mousse.
The LIVE zoom event will be hosted on April 18th, from 1pm to 3pm. Ingredient list and recipes will be shared in advance with participants via email. Chat will be open for participants to ask questions during the cooking tutorial as they follow along, and a question and answer session, as well as wine paring discussion, will follow the tutorial. Participants will also be encouraged to share photos of their own dishes at the end of the tutorial!
