DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by C.K. (Missy) McGhee\, NYCPS\nDirector of Mental 
 Health and Wellness\n\nMindful Mashup is a creative and supportive space w
 here Peer Specialists guide participants through meaningful conversations 
 and activities that promote emotional wellness. The class blends mindfulne
 ss practices with open dialogue\, helping everyone feel heard\, understood
 \, and connected. Peer Specialists create a safe and inclusive environment
  by listening with care\, validating feelings\, and encouraging participat
 ion at a comfortable pace. Through shared experiences\, music\, and positi
 ve rapport\, Mindful Mashup helps participants build confidence\, strength
 en self-awareness\, and explore healthy ways to navigate life.\n\nDuration
