 eautiful and delicious “harvest” board. Go beyond the basic meat and c
 heese plate and learn to build a board that highlights the bounty of the H
 udson Valley. Learn the essentials of food selection\, meat and cheese sty
 ling\, how to prep vegetables and fruit for variety and visual interest\, 
 plus plenty of expert tips to elevate your presentation.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThi
 s program is for teens and adults. Space is limited and registration is re
 quired.\n\nImportant note: Library events are free to attend\, but they ar
 e not free for us to host. When you register\, we reserve a spot and resou
 rces for you. If you register but do not attend without canceling in advan
 ce\, you will be prohibited from registering for events for three months.
