At 8 years old Gabriel started with Guitar &\; Piano but was alwa ys rhythmically Tapping on things and began his musical journey at 13 with his first Drum Teacher (Rick Walker) who immediately started giving Gabri el ALL HE HAD!!!! in order to pay for his lessons Gabriel became a roadie for Walker then started playing with him...at 14 he was the house drummer at The Albatross in Santa Cruz CA as it was a bar and because of is age he had to stay backstage when not playing...with the likes of guitar Pat Sim mons (Doobie Bros) and such guests as Jeff Berlin and members of Santana b asically who ever happened to be in town and off the road. At 16 Jaco Past orius offered Gabriel to play and Jam with him in the studio and since the n has played\, recorded &\; toured with Sam Lay who recently passed\, h is father’s first drummer and close friend\; also the likes of Dennis Wh itted\, Eddie Kessler\, Guitar Shorty \, Charlie Musselwhite\, Rick Danko\ , Jimmy Vivino\, KAl David\, Rob Leon\, Joey Gilmore Sonny Rhodes Joe Loui s Walker &\; Johnny Rawls and Many More !!!\nJIMMY EPPARD: Guitar/Vocal s – He has performed Live &\; in the Studio alongside Levon Helm\, Ri ck Danko\, Garth Hudson\, John Sebastian\, Commander Cody\, Kal David\, Bl ondie\, Pete Seeger to name a few..
