Protect your pet, your family and your community from the deadly rabies virus. The Ulster County SPCA, in partnership with the Ulster County Department of Health, is offering a free rabies clinic on September 22nd, 2023. Please bring your animal’s last rabies history certificate. Dogs must be on a leash. Cats and ferrets must be in a carrier.
