DESCRIPTION:Finding Your Steady Center\nOur Practice Group is starting up a
 gain later this month — now as a five-week journey.\n\nThis group offers
  space to slow down\, reconnect\, and practice finding balance when life p
 ulls you in different directions. Each week we’ll focus on a different t
 heme to help you deepen awareness of your system and strengthen Self-leade
 rship in daily life.\nFive-Week Journey\nWeek 1 – Your Grounded Center\n
 Explore what it feels like to move through the day from a grounded\, Self-
 led place versus a reactive one. Begin to recognize that felt sense of bal
 ance in your body and mind.\nWeek 2 – Meeting the Protectors &amp\; Fire
 fighters\nGet to know the parts that jump in to keep you safe or manage em
 otion. Learn to approach them with curiosity and compassion instead of fru
 stration.\nWeek 3 – From Blending to Balance\nUnderstand what it means t
 o be “blended” with a part and how to step back into Self when reactiv
 ity takes over.\nWeek 4 – Understanding Exiles\nGently explore the vulne
 rable parts beneath your protectors — the ones carrying pain or fear —
  and learn how to approach them safely.\nWeek 5 – Living with Self-Leade
 rship\nIntegrate everything you’ve learned with practical tools for retu
 rning to calm\, clarity\, and compassion in daily life.\n\nWednesdays\, Oc
