 y of the iconic electronic music group Yello and their cult classic 1980s 
 hit song. Oh Yeah is one of the most recognizable songs of all time\, made
  famous by Ferris Bueller’s Day Off\, and embodies 80s American culture 
 more than any other song. This film explores the cultural phenomenon of Oh
  Yeah and its enduring place in the American psyche\, while introducing th
 e unique artists behind the music.\n\nNick Canfield is an award winning do
 cumentary director whose films frequently cover music and its influence on
  culture and society. He developed an intimate observational style as a ci
 nematographer and archivist for legendary filmmaker Albert Maysles. His fi
 rst film\, the feature music documentary THE REVEREND\, streamed on The Cr
 iterion Channel\, was distributed theatrically\, and won the Audience Awar
 d at DOC NYC. OH YEAH! premiered at the Tribeca Festival\, was released by
  Documentary+ and Rolling Stone Films\, and made its Hudson Valley Premier
