CURIOUS JANE is a summer program for girls who like to make things. CJ’s project-based themes all revolve around science + engineering + design. It’s crafty, DIY, full-of-color, creativity, energy and FUN!
Who: Girls entering 1st-5th grades
When: August 14-25
Time: 9:30 am – 3:30 pm
Where: Hudson Valley Sudbury School
Extra fun: The second week, Broadway performer Denise Summerford will teach an optional 2-hour creative drama workshop from 3:30-5:30 pm daily: This class is all about exploring how strong girls are through confidence building theatre games and improvisation. We will take a look at classic stories where girls typically take a backseat and turn them into mini plays where girls actually get to show their power and save themselves.
