The Bunkhouse Boys

The Bunkhouse Boys are Mark Sagar on rhythm guitar… who brings his life-long love of Country Blues to the band, Roger Weiss playing soulful Cajun/Creole fiddle and Laren Droll who adds his many years of playing Creole/Zydeco accordion playing to the mix. Their beautiful vocals and locked-in rhythm produce the authentic sound of the bayou. Their music makes you want to dance and tugs at your heart.

Bunkhouse Boys play close to the roots, unvarnished Cajun/Creole music. No holds barred. Dear to their hearts are: the wind over the prairies, Louisiana rice fields stretching wide, the smell of gumbo cooking, and Cajun music played on the back porch.

Seasonal baby arugula bed, topped with house roasted shallot vinaigrette, organic granny smith apples

and honey goat cheese

Dinner

Char grilled seasonal vegetables with local fiddlehead, ramps, asparagus and fava beans

Roasted leg of lamb on a bed of provencal garbanzo, with a slow cooked rataouille

Dessert

Creme brulee drizzled with caramel
