DESCRIPTION:Join us for a closing conversation exploring art\, memory\, ins
 titutional power\, and the structures of belonging as explored by the cont
 emporary artist duo DARNstudio and corresponding with their exhibition IN
 VADING SPACES on view at (Creative Legion).\n\nAbout DARNstudio: DARNstu
 dio is the collaborative practice of artists David Anthone and Ron Norswor
 thy. Together they create works that use familiar materials and visual lan
 guages to examine memory\, identity\, place\, and the structures that shap
 e everyday life. Anthone brings a background in architecture\, historic pr
 eservation\, and urban planning\; Norsworthy brings decades of work across
  fine art\, set design\, and product design. Their work has been exhibited
  in solo and group shows and appeared in major publications and media plat
 forms.\n\nAbout Dr. Katie Fuller: Katie Fuller is a curator and educator 
 whose exhibitions are deeply concerned with righting the historical record
  on racism in the United States — challenging how racialized differences
  are projected and how the past informs the present. Her work has been rev
 iewed in ArtForum and Hyperallergic. She holds a PhD in Art Education with
  a Specialty in Museum Studies from Florida State University and has publi
 shed scholarly work in leading art education journals.\n\nFree and open to
