Built in 1804 Janet Livingston Montgomery created in federal style mansion along with a commercial nursery. Currently the land and mansion have been changed over time but still features a fascinating look at the history of the site along with nature trails overlooking the Hudson River . **Please be aware a majority of the hike does feature hills and uneven terrain. Wear good walking shoes and bring water.
We meet at Forsyth Nature Center (125 Lucas Ave Kingston, NY 12401) at 9:00am and returns to the center by 12:00pm. Transportation for these hikes is provided but limited so make sure to register.
