Build your own custom outdoor chair based on the traditional Adirondack design at Hudson River Maritime Museum’s Wooden Boat School. In this class you will work with instructor Kathy Prisco to learn not only how to measure, cut and assemble a chair using a pattern–and go home with a high-quality, long-lasting chair–but also get hands-on practice in woodworking using machine tools. This class is basic level with no woodworking experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome.
When you purchase a ticket for your group or family, you can bring up to 3 guests. (Due to safety and space factors, we need to limit each group to 4 members total.)
