 th a welcome reception featuring Sicilian wine\, followed by a screening o
 f AMARO: The Bitter Taste of Sicily\, a documentary exploring the deep tie
 s between land\, tradition\, and identity.\nFollowing the film\, Fabrizia 
 Lanza will be joined by Odette Williams for a live conversation reflecting
  on Sicilian foodways\, the meaning of home cooking\, and the role of trad
 ition in contemporary life.\nThe evening concludes with a reception featur
