SUMMARY:15th Annual Riverkeeper Sweep - Kingston Point Beach
DESCRIPTION:Join City of Kingston and Riverkeeper for a cleanup at King
 ston Point Beach from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for the 15th Annual Riverkeep
 er Sweep. This is a rain or shine event.\nVolunteers will meet at Kingsto
 n Point Beach\, 50 Delaware Ave.\, Kingston NY\, under the pavilion next t
 o the beach. Advance registration is required. For more information and to

 verkeeper Sweep\, an annual day of service for the Hudson River where more
  than 2\,000 volunteers come together across hundreds of miles of shorelin
 e in New York City and the Hudson Valley to clean up trash\, plant trees\,
  and remove invasive plant species.\n\nOver 14 years\, Sweep volunteers ha
 ve completed 1\,463 projects and removed 396 tons of debris\, including 2\
 ,352 tires\, and planted or maintained thousands of trees and shrubs. Once
 -neglected areas have gained year-round stewards\, and rivers and creeks a
