Shopping – Midtown Kingston
Most of Midtown Kingston’s businesses are located on Broadway, Cornell St. and Greenkill Ave. and many of the retail shops are relatively new. Exceptions are stores like the venerable Michael’s Candy Store, Earl B. Feiden Appliances, and Barcone’s Music which have been doing business in Midtown for decades. There is also a mix of bodegas and small grocery stores on Broadway, and artisans are selling their wares in studios on Cornell St. and Greenkill Ave. Stay tuned because many recent real estate deals indicate that many businesses are looking to set up shop in Midtown and the retail landscape is likely to change drastically.
