Zephyr Float welcomes you to practice mindfulness in a serene setting.
With meditation, we calm the body, balance the emotions, and stabilize the attention. We find greater ease in parenting, creativity, work, and recovery. Compassion practices and loving kindness practices are featured in this offering. Students receive support for home practice.
Susanna Nicholson, trained by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, has practiced meditation for decades. She teaches at Tibet House USA In NYC. She has taught stress reduction in hospitals and clinics, empowering students to reduce anxiety, craving, trauma and pain.
