The Stage Is Yours! Let Your Talent Shine!

The AJ Williams-Myers African Roots Center hosts youth-focused Open Mic Nights – a monthly series featuring student poets, singers, musicians and actors from the Kingston area.

Middle and high school students are encouraged to come share their talent in our supportive, progressive, artistic atmosphere.

From cover songs, original compositions, spoken word and poetry, to dance, stand-up comedy, magic acts and more, this is your chance to get on-stage experience in front of a welcoming and appreciative audience.

Everyone is welcome to perform and all are welcome to come and cheer for these talented young artists!

The event is free for performers and guests. Complimentary snacks and drinks will be provided.

Sign-up starts at 6 pm. Performances start at 6:30 pm.
