Yoga for New Moms (and babies). This vinyasa based yoga class is designed for new moms to reconnect with their bodies, strengthen their muscles and find their inner balance. We help to recover from pregnancy and birth related trauma, depression or anxiety, and we create a safe space for mothers to be themselves. Through various slow paced movement combinations we gently work on our perineum and deep abdominal muscles, and through deep, long stretches and breathing exercises we will reconnect our mind, body, and soul. Babies and toddler are welcome on this class, and will be also included in some of the movements and poses, for fun and momma & baby bonding time. Beginners welcome with babies up to 18 months.
Rita is accompanied by her 9 month son Joaquín for every class, and we ask that you please RSVP to email@example.com
