Join Moving For Life and the Kingston Library for a free Dance Exercise for Breast Cancer Recovery Class. Moving For Life is a scientifically based self-care fitness program using gentle warm-ups, light aerobics, and targeted strengthening in a way that is safe, fun and enjoyable for all! The class can be done seated or standing and is safe for those in treatment or at least six weeks post-surgery (consult you doctor for approval for gentle exercise if unsure). We start where you are to improve range of motion and fight fatigue and other side effects of cancer treatment including neuropathy and lymphedema. The class meets weekly.
