Due to increased interest in the “next step” after Intro to Mindfulness, Susanna will be back at Zephyr Float once again, celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month.

Each week we present new mindfulness skills for living more joyfully and courageously.

Mindfulness is for living wisely — also with greater openness, and inner ease. Learn more about cultivating mind and body for greater freedom from self-limiting beliefs and shame.

When we learn how to “be with” the judging mind differently, we can support ourselves toward a more creative, happy way of life.
