Mental Health and Wellness provides an understanding of mental health to help reduce stigma, a description of the continuum of wellness that defines us every day, and promotes wellness, treatment seeking behaviors, recovery, and self-care. Participants will gain a basic understanding of the signs and symptoms of an individual in a mental health crisis, and identify community partners available to them.
