Primal dance is a space for you to unleash your full humanity through authentic movement.
A space to feel what it’s like to be human with other humans on the dance floor: primal, raw, real, groovy, expressive, authentic, fun, funky, sober.

The purpose of our agreements is to create a container where we can unleash our full humanity as ourselves and in physical, emotional, energetic connection with others in a respectful way.
1) Be you. Be here. Do what feels good to you. Don’t do what doesn’t feel good to you.
2) Initiate action respectfully – When initiating an interaction with another person, get explicit verbal or non-verbal agreement that takes into account the relationships intimacy level you have with that person
3) Take 100% responsibility for yourself and only yourself. If you don’t like how something feels, say it. If you think something unsafe is happening to you, speak up. If you need help, ask for it. This responsibility items to agreements 1 and 2 as well 🙂
