Explore the therapeutic benefits of drawing mandalas. Starting with a center point, around it we’ll proceed draw an array of geometric or organic symbols, shapes and forms that carry meaning for us. Drawing mandalas is a traditionally meditative act that can change how we see ourselves, our community and our planet.
No artistic skill or experience necessary. Materials provided. All ages welcome.
