In this series with Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein you will learn yoga poses that have been medically tested to improve mood. We will discuss how diet and lifestyle effects your emotions. You will learn simple ways to help you feel more motivated, calm, happy and alive. Hosted at our Uptown studio at 57 Crown St. Kingston. $80 for the series–registration is required.
